My Husband, Bill Barker passed away while in Hospice on January 20th, 2023. Our Daughter Lindel and I were so appreciative of the care and compassion that Bill received. We were so grateful for the compassion shown to us as well. The staff were all so kind, caring and compassionate.

I chose May 22nd because this would have been our 52nd Wedding Anniversary. After our 1st date, it was just three months later that we decided we had the One. In honouring Bill on Our special day, I have chosen to donate to One Day of Care for one resident room.

We were connected in so many ways, and I love and miss him every day.
